Despite the notable and visible proves of seriousness and committed to the affairs of the union, including the wonderful purchased items for the welfare of the union done by our noble students union executives and students supreme council under the leadership of RT. COMR. AKPEHE ISAAC LUPER AND RT. SEN. UGOH TERSOO STEPEN.
A cross section of the students whom they are leading spoke to the platform telephone and on media complaining that the university students union leadership style is 'unprotected'. The student who doesn't want his name mentioned told corresponding that the union is only concern with the welfare of it leaders, I.e SEC and SSC but not the entire students. Some graduating student were present with correspondent said most of them wrote exams but were invalid because the students union president signed to the vice chancellor on-behalf of the students that anyone who fail to pay his or her school fees has an automatic differment of the whole session. Also speaking, another graduating student from college of science told correspondents to appeal to the president on-behalf of great makurdians to be fail in representation but not really relaying on the ideals of some group of individuals called stakeholders. A brother in FCS who was there encourage the students to pray for the president and the speaker for effective service delivery.
Some project students including 400L IT students also appeal to the SU president to approach the school administration over the issue of locking the hostel, stating that the grace be extend to enable them stay and complete their field work.
Finally, correspondent urge the grieved great makurdians to remained calm and pray for the success of our students union leaders and also call on the students union leaders to make sure their manifesto is accomplish.

 it is better to have carryover in your course than to chose examination malpractice

Carry overs in the university system is normal; it basically means a student has an unfinished business. A student can only carry over a course when he or she scores 39 downward in both C.A and exam (over 100).

Carry overs are not in all cases a real reflection of how intelligent or not intelligent a student is, rather it's a reflection of how unserious, unsmart (if that word exist), unchecked and uninterested a student is.

I have seen highly intelligent students have numerous carry overs and relatively dull students pass through without carry overs. Such is life, that's why a coin is two sided. Carry over can also be a result of unfortunate and unlucky incidents, such as missing scripts, lecturer's attitude towards marking your script, or even a student's handwriting (that's right).

I have once been a victim of an unlucky situation.

After being in captivity for two months, the decomposing body of a female lecturer has been discovered inside a bush in Kogi.


A dead body of a female lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, Christie Agbulu who was kidnapped in Lokoja, Kogi State on November 25, 2016, has been found inside a bush.

According to family sources, the decomposing corpse of the delectable lady was discovered by security operatives inside a bush in Lokoja.

The late lecturer was abducted after she left Makurdi on November 25, 2016, to visit a friend in Lokoja. Her abductors later contacted her family and made demands for ransom which was paid but they still did not release her and efforts to locate her whereabouts had proved abortive until her body was found on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.

Agbulu’s abduction had raised serious concerns with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), of the school she worked with, demanding her immediate release by her abductors.

It was gathered then that her kidnappers had, on the day she was abducted, used her mobile phone to demand a ransom of N150, 000 to free her and that the sum of N100,000 was paid to her bank account and the kidnappers quickly used her ATM card to withdraw the money.

After that, bandits kept making demands from her family members and even with the monies being paid, the kidnappers still refused to release her

(ETPOAC) on 7th December, 2016.

However, Queen Ofonime Udom wishes to use this medium to thank all who
